While the Charles Lafitte Foundation’s Golf Classic always delivers a fantastic day of good fun and company, it provides so much more to our beneficiaries. Since our first event in 2003, the foundation has devoted the Golf Classic’s proceeds to a single organization that works to improve quality of life for countless others. Whether by enabling children to go to camp, improving access to healthcare or helping sustain vital services, your contributions are making a real difference.

The 10th Annual CLF Golf Classic is quickly approaching and will be held on Tuesday, June 25 at the prestigious Due Process Golf Stable in Colts Neck, New Jersey.  Due Process Stable is a first-class 18-hole course designed by noted golf course architects Gene Bates and Johnny Miller, also a former professional golfer. It features 7,138 yards from the longest tees, considerable water play, and varying topographical challenges. Due Process is one of the most exclusive clubs in the country, allowing only 65 members.

Hosted by CLF founders Suzanne and Jeffrey Citron, this year’s beneficiary will be the Society for the Prevention of Teen Suicide (SPTS).  SPTS was founded in 2005 by New Jersey dads, Scott Fritz and Don Quigley, who both lost teenage children to suicide. Their mission is to reduce the number of youth suicides and attempted suicides by encouraging overall public awareness through the development of educational training programs for teens, parents and educators.

Every dollar raised for this event will be matched by the Charles Lafitte Foundation – dollar for dollar. We hope to see you on the links!
