Week 2: Part 1

William advertised his book drive at Police Station, Clerk’s office & Mayor’s office. He will pick up the donated books by this afternoon or tomorrow morning. The library also created an announcement to help out William out on his journey:

Library Announcement:
“A Book Drive to benefit the Charles Lafitte Foundation Kid’s Corner is underway at the Library.  Starting August 5th to August 26th you can drop off gently used kids and young adult books.  Through the Kid’s Corner they will be distributed to make access to reading easier.  Reading makes a difference – it helps us imagine, learn, grow and understand the world around us. Help encourage students of all ages to read and learn. Please donate your used books.”
