The Charles Lafitte Foundation (CLF) is pleased to announce the Kid’s Corner Summer Adventure Essay Contest.
Students in grades 3-12 attending a public or private school in the U.S. are invited to participate.
To enter, students must read one of the books listed under their upcoming grade level and tell Charles Lafitte how the adventures of the main character helped them grow, and how it influenced the reader to grow as well.

Winners will receive $1,000 for their school library and a Kindle Fire to take home for themselves. Entries must be typed and emailed to CLF by September 30, 2016. More information is available at www.charleslafitte.org/kids-corner.
Since 2012, donations to school libraries from CLF essay contest winners total $30,000.
CLF’s Kid’s Corner strives to encourage kids to not only have a voice, but a role in helping better their community as well. Kid’s Corner is run by kids for kids, placing the power of change directly in their capable hands.
